Outstanding Security Officer of the Year 2002

Criteria

Purpose:
To promote and encourage excellence in the security officer profession by recognizing   the superior performance of specific security officers and supervisors during the past year. (October to September).  Since the goal of this award is to recognize those security professionals who are to be regarded as role models for others in the industry, it is required that all nominees have consistently exhibited excellent attendance, have no documented disciplinary action and have successfully completed all mandatory training.

Customer Service
1.   Tact and diplomacy:									
The nominee helps customers resolve issues cheerfully, without attempting to shift responsibility. The nominee routinely provides additional resolution steps and suggestions to customers.
