2011 Planning
Date: 8/16/2010

As the chapter officers begin consideration and planning for 2011, we have evaluated our annual member dues status in conjunction with our initiatives for the chapter and overall benefit/reward to its members. Beginning in 2011, the chapter dues will now be $40 per year.

The increase of $10 for each member will go toward the establishment of quarterly reviews and bank reconciliation by an outside 3rd party CPA (to which the chapter is required to participate in annually by ASIS International). This increase will not cover the entire cost of the use of the CPA, but will aid in offsetting the additional funding that will be necessary to accomplish this. It is expected the remaining portion of funding for this endeavor will come from/through general chapter sponsorship.

Thanks & Regards,

Michael Delamere

SFBAC Treasurer
