On June 17th, around thirty of our SFBA members took time out to enjoy each others company, and we did a bit of "drinking the drink" at the V-Bar at Santana Row. This was our 2nd annual "Social" gathering and once again a good time was had by all. It truly is a beautiful venue to enjoy on a summer evening.

I hope you all are taking the time to live the "Summer" season.  The days are certainly flying by for me, it's hard to believe we're mid-way through my year as Chapter Chair.  As we look towards the second half of 2010 don't forget we have some great events coming up....

Our next Chapter Meeting is scheduled for July 22nd and will be graciously hosted by Xilinx due to a last minute change in venue. Eric Davis-Fernald will be speaking on "Recognizing Suspicious Behavior - Your Guide to Personal Safety". Space is limited so please pre-register.

The 17th Annual Larry Marshall Golf Tournament will be held on August 19th at the Spring Valley Golf Course in Milpitas CA. Sponsorship opportunities are available and as always we'd appreciate your support. We're hoping for a sell-out tournament - so make us proud!

Please be sure to join us for our monthly chapter meeting in September, to hear Ray O'Hara speak to our chapter. Mr. O'Hara will be sharing with us his plans for 2011 as our ASIS International President.
