How the CPP benefits me.

This key security industry credential brings prestige and respect to the job. It is a door opener for working with the corporate executive staff and other key players throughout my international organization. When you are expected to be the "resident expert" the CPP credential emphasizes a "step up" maturity in the security business and the experience and training you have accomplished. Being a CPP also lends credibility to the entire security industry and that you are in a key management responsibility in a great organization.

Value of the CPP

An important ingredient of being a security professional. If you want to grow and be considered for advancement in the corporate world as a security professional, without the CPP, it limits the opportunity and individual competitiveness for advancement.

Why should professionals pursue the CPP designation?

If you are a professional in the security business for the long term, immerse yourself fully in your job and earn the credential. Your career will be enriched with greater self satisfaction, opportunities, better pay, and earn greater respect from co-workers and peers alike. I highly recommend, "Go For It!"

Achievements

Hard and creative worker, and strive daily to be an honorable man. The rest (achievements) take care of themselves. My great wife and family. All four children are college graduates and professionals in the high tech and business world, All married well, and we enjoy five wonderful grandchildren...to date.
