ASIS SFBA Chapter
Reaches out to the
September 11, 2001
Attack Victims
with a $10K Donation
The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security and all of its members want to express their deepest sympathy to the families and friends of those lost in the tragic attacks on New York City, and Washington, D.C., on September 11, 2001.

In response to this tragedy, on September 24, 2001, the Chapter made a contribution to the September 11th Fund of $10,000.00. These monies will be used to help the families and survivors of the many policemen, firefighters, military and civilians, who lost their lives or were injured in the two areas of devastation.

In addition, both the United Way, who is managing the fund, and the New York Community Trust, have agreed to underwrite all of the administration fees for this fund, to ensure that $100% of all moneys donated go directly to the relief effort.

This is the first step that we will be taking to aid those who were affected directly by the horrible events on September 11th. Citizens of the world who believe in freedom from terrorism, are in debt to those who labor fearlessly in the dust and rubble to help clear the debris that has thrown a cloud over our lives.

We all share a profound sense of loss after such a tragedy, but we will not be slowed in our efforts to assist in the recovery effort and comfort those who lost a loved one.

Sincerely:
Brad Minnis, CPP
