Our first spotlighted feature is one that was added to the web site last year; it is the online Membership Directory. The Membership Directory should be your first stop towards finding how to contact your fellow members. It's fast, easy, and reliable.

For years we have offered a printed version of the Membership Directory. This once-a-year publication was frequently out of date and was costly to produce. By putting this information on the web site, we can now offer you up-to-date information that is both reliable and cost-effective.

Advantages of this online Membership Directory include:

• Privacy - only our Chapter members have access to this listing.
• Speed - The directory is searchable and fast.
• Accuracy - The directory is updated with changes to a member's information within 48 hours after receiving the updated information.
• Updateable - An easy to use online form allows you to submit changes to your information in the directory.
• Cost effectiveness - Because this directory is updated frequently and online, it is not necessary to print multiple hardcopies several times a year in order for everyone to have an updated list. This saves the Chapter thousands of dollars.

To access the Membership Directory, click on either the link on the homepage or the menu choice titled, Members Directory. Either link will bring up the Membership Directory.

Accessing the Membership Directory requires you to enter in your ID and password. For more instructions on how to determine what your ID and password are, please click on the hyperlink that is underneath the Membership Directory hyperlink on the homepage. This separate web page will give you full instructions on accessing this feature.

Membership Directory data includes:

• Name
• CPP Designation
• Company
• Business or home address (depending on the member's choice when they registered)
• Phone numbers
• E-mail address

Searching for Members is easy with the online Membership Directory. You can locate a member by entering any of the following pieces of information:

• Member's name (first or last)
• The name of the company that the member works for
• The member's work or home city name
• CPP designation
• Member's e-mail address
• Member's phone or fax number

In essence, you can search on any piece of information that is supplied by the member when they provide their contact information.
