How the CPP benefits me.

In discussing contracts with client's security director, I have found that being a CPP has trained me to understand operational as well as contractual risks. In the many cases where I am negotiating contract terms, if the other side is represented by a CPP, I find the process moves more swiftly and the issues are more realistically addressed.

Why should professionals pursue the CPP designation?

To more completely understand operational issues facing the contract security profession.

Achievements

American Protective Services, Inc. awarded me the President's Award for Special Achievement in 1999.

* NOTE: Each month the featured CPP members are chosen at random.
