General Membership Meeting Minutes

Nov 16, 2000

1. The meeting was called to order by ASIS Chairman Kathy Goelkel
2. New members were welcomed
3. Treasurer report was submitted by Kris Rennet and approved by the chapter
4. 2001 Chapter Officers were elected as follows:

a. Chairman Ron Sathre
b. Vice- Chair Connie Vaughn
c. Secretary Kris Rennett
d. Treasurer Brad Minnis

5. December meeting will be the annual Holiday Party
6. New meeting format for January:

a. Meeting will begin at 10:00 am, network at 9:30 am
b. Meeting will end at 11:30 am, lunch will NOT be served
c. New location to be determined
d. Speaker will be John Horn or IPSA International, Inc., former Kroll director and security director. Mr. Horn's topic will be "Speaking to your executives".

7. There will not be an executive meeting today.
8. Luncheon speaker Richard Bernes of The Bernes Group spoke on "The
   Many Faces of Crime".
9. The meeting was closed.
