Executive Council Meeting Minutes

Friday, 20 August, 1999

1. The meeting was called to order by Chapter Chair Kathy Schnake, CPP.

2. Ms Schnake reviewed the rest of the year and what is required to happen for each meeting. A speaker has been selected for October and a new committee chairman selected to run the Security Officer Appreciation luncheon program.

3. The proposed slate of officers was reviewed.

4. The group discussed the new committee chairman for St. Patrick’s Day and how that event should be presented for next year.

5. Discussion was held on what to do at the December meeting.

6. Secretary Ron Sathre was chartered with selecting three charities for the committee to review and select. The criteria was to have a local group who would be at the meeting to collect the donation and make a short thank you speech.

7. The meeting was adjourned.
