General Membership Meeting Minutes

Thursday, 20 May, 1999

1. The meeting was called to order by Chapter Chair Kathy Schnake, CPP. Ms. Schnake opened the meeting by thanking everyone for attending and then introduced the head table.
2. Ms. Cynthia Conlon, International President of American Society for Industrial Security was available to present the 1998 I.B. Hale award to Lew Schatz and the 1998 Honorable Mention award for the Newsletter of the Year to Kathy Goelkel.
3. Ms Schnake asked for and received a motion from the floor to suspend the normal monthly meeting and turned the podium over to Ms Brenda Knox and Mr. Paul Dubois, co-chairs for the Annual Seminar and Exhibits.
4. Ms Brenda Knox and Mr. Paul Dubois thanked the various sponsors for their contributions to the Annual Seminar and Exhibits.
5. Ms Brenda Knox and Mr. Paul Dubois presented Certificates of Appreciation to the various committee members for their hard work throughout the year.
6. Mr. Paul Dubois introduced the luncheon speaker, Mr. Larry Rodriggs, who spoke on the civilian aspects of Pearl Harbor.
7. The meeting was adjourned.
