General Minutes

December 17, 1998

Chapter Chair, Lewis Schatz called the meeting to order, leading the membership in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Ron Sathre, Chapter Chaplain gave the invocation.  A motion was made and carried to accept the minutes of the November meeting as written. The Treasurer's Report was presented by Roni Davis and the motion was carried to accept it as reported.

Lew introduced the head table and introduced and recognized all the volunteers who had contributed to the chapter's success of the 1998 year. Lew introduced Mr. Rosenblume, American Red Cross, who accepted a donation of $500 from the Chapter to assist with the Hurricane Mitch recovery efforts.  Mr. Rosenblume accepted and thanked the membership.

Brenda Knox, 1999 Regional Vice President, ASIS, was introduced and installed the 1999 slate of officers: Kathy Schnake, Chair
Roni Davis, Vice Chair
Ron Sathre, Secretary
Kathy Goelkel, Treasurer
After installation, Lew turned the meeting over to Kathy Schnake who presented him with a plaque from the Chapter Board for his dedication and efforts this past year.
