General Committee Meeting Minutes

 Friday, 22 October, 1999

 1.      The meeting was called to order by Chapter Chair Kathy Schnake, CPP.  Ms Schnake opened the meeting by thanking everyone for attending and welcomed all the security officers.

2.      Chairman Schnake introduced the head table and thanked the Hospitality Committee for their efforts in handling the registration.

3.      A Scholarship presentation was made to Patrick Sharkey.  Patrick was given a $1,000 check, which was made up of $500 from the ASIS International Foundation and the SFBA Chapter.

4.      The attending Security Officers were acknowledged.

5.      Luncheon speaker Bill Wipprecht spoke to the group about the Y2K problems.  Bill had an interesting perspective on the subject.

6.      The meeting was adjourned.
