Executive Council Meeting Minutes
Friday, 22 October, 1999 1. The meeting was called to order by Chapter Chair Kathy Schnake, CPP. 2. Ms Schnake reviewed the rest of the year and what is required to happen for each meeting. 3. Each committee chairman in attendance made a short report. 4. The group discussed the new committee chairman for St. Patrick’s Day and how that event should be presented for next year. 5. Discussion was held on what to do at the December meeting. It was agreed that Kathy Schnake would call the Children’s Shelter in San Jose to see if they are interested in being our charity for December. 6. Discussion was held on what to do with the Chapter Directory for next year. It was agreed to table this discussion until a later date. 7. The meeting was adjourned. Respectfully Submitted,
