Determine location of the event Organize subcommittees Develop committee meeting schedule Create roster of committee members Prepare budget for event Hold debriefing meeting after event Prepare Financial recap of event	Promote communication between committee members Hold committee members accountable Be available via phone, fax, and email Be supportive Keep Chapter Chair informed about committee progress Be positive Lead and encourage Mentor Recruit

This committee coordinates donations from Chapter members and member companies to the ASIS Foundation. The Chairman also acts as a liaison with National for this purpose.

The following should be accomplished throughout the year:

Administer the Outstanding Student Awards and Thomas J. O'Neill Scholarship(s) each year.
- Contact all colleges to solicit students eligible for these awards.
- Form a committee to evaluate all applicants and select the winning candidate.
- Prepare a presentation to be held at the designated Chapter meeting.
Provide information for the Chapter Website regarding the progress of each project.
